Like other reviews have mentioned, I'm not sure when he sleeps, because he works tirelessly to answer all your questions at just about anytime, and does his absolute best to get your loan fine tuned and closed on time. I particularly liked his straight forward style. I had contacted several lenders 9+ months before estimated escrow close. I wanted to comparison shop against the home builder's preferred lender. While other lenders seemingly followed a script and asked me to fill out loan applications, Adam took the time to ask questions, understand the situation, and advised that it was too soon to do credit checks, etc. He was generous with his time, openly shared his knowledge, and you get the sense that he's genuinely interested in you as a person vs. just a customer. He was upfront and transparent every step of the way on whether he could or couldn't provide a better loan. I can't say enough about the positive experience and satisfaction with my loan. In conclusion, you should be shopping around for loans. I highly recommend you have Team Tice on your list!

He worked very hard to make sure we had the best deal possible, locking in low interest rates, and re-configuring the loans several times until they were just right for us. Waste of time, no follow ups, had 2 always ask him for updates. always having to contact adam to see any new progress. Quoted me around $5,000 and when it was all said and done, the proposal was almost $14,000. Lookd and had fees like $80 employment verification fee. $700 appraisal fee which I already paid out of my pocket

Well I have to be honest and say I have not purchased the house yet & it is not because of Adam Tice. The reason I am giving him 5 stars is because when I was looking for a home I called him after Working with some other market brokers and I was very frustrated. Buying a home for the 1st time you need someone who is gonna be patient and help you through the process and I was not getting that with the banks I was working with. Sure I got approved but I had questions, I wanted to make sure that I was getting enough funds (down payment assistance) to assist us in our purchase. I had a kazillion questions nobody had the time to answer. Adam answered them all & extremely patiently. I called him quite a few times and he was absolutely amazing and friendly. He taught me a lot and he was a no pressure kind of guy. The biggest thing I appreciated is I can tend to be a bit impatient and I want my questions answered and I hate when I have to wait till Monday when businesses are open. I shot a text to Adam on a Saturday late afternoon and he answered!! He asked if I wouldn't mind if he called me back he couldn't talk at the moment. I was OK with that. I was surprised he answered the call! I did have to wonder if he would call me back though it was a Saturday but true to his word he called me back and answered more questions for me and then I had more questions I felt so bad it was Saturday night now and I texted him again and he called me right away and answered more questions. Biggest question looming for me was if I purchase a brand new home do I absolutely have to use their lender. Like I said before, I'm a 1st time homebuyer, the homes we were looking at told us we absolutely had to at least get approved through their lender, after we could use whoever we wanted. I thought that was strange... But he answered my questions & many more. One thing I really appreciated about Adam is he makes you feel like you're more of a friend then just some random client. I had dealt was other mortgage lenders/brokers, even my own personal bank & I would not get my calls returned or I would have to continually call them, the questions seemed to irritate them. I think if I had found Adam 6 months earlier I would have already purchased a home. But he taught me so much about the buying process & I was pleased he worked with all the down payment assistance programs I had researched & more. I must confess this was a few months ago so I've been lagging because I was hoping to be ready to buy a house. But circumstances changed & we are going to wait a while longer. The big debate, do we stay in California? But I tell you one thing if I do buy a house in California I am definitely calling Adam and would not use anybody but him. I can't tell you enough of what an impression this gentleman made on me and my husband. So if you're in the need a mortgage broker wait no longer and call Adam. Adam and his team are seriously amazing. My wife and I were buying a house, a new build, and ran into some issues with their loan team. I called Adam, and he was able to get work out a loan for us that was better than anything the builder was able to give us. Not only that, but he did it very quickly.
